weekly weigh in August 8, 2008
yep! you got it it’s friday again and time to post the #’s that the scale was showin
- begin weight - 215.4
- last week - 199.8
- this week - 201.2
- week change - 1.6 UP
- overall change - 214.2
I knew the scale would be up this week as all my days this week except one was a high calorie day and I also factored in the fact that I had been weight training 4 days a week for the past 3 weeks. No I don’t think I already have that much muscle built up but I do think that it’s water retention due to a change in my body with the weight training and I also think I’m loosing inches instead of lbs which is just fine with me.
