Good day so far. I went walking for 45 min and it seemed like I was going to collaspe. I ate special K for breakfast and a big salad with FF dressing and a lean cusine for lunch. I’ve also had a banana today. Well, for supper I am making a healthy chicken hot wing sandwich.
