Memorial Day
I will start by saying god bless our troops. I didn’t get up to really late. It’s almost noon and I haven’t ate anything yet. Yesterday I did not binge. I still ate bad but no binge so one good day and hopefully today will also be binge free. I have to go to he grocery store sometime today to but breakfast food for me.
