Saturday

Sorry I didn’t write down my food last night but yesterday was field day and then we had a party to go to so I didn’t home to rest until almost midnight.  My food intake is still awful and I still haven’t decided on a goal that i could have a chance at reaching.  Yesterday I ate no breakfast and then a sandwich and a bunch of junk food while I was outside at field day.  Then for supper I had a sonic burger.  At the party I had a bunch of apertizers and a piece of cake.  Today I had no breakfast.  I ate at a mexican food resturant and at olive garden.  Not good I know.  The really sad thing is I could eat something right now.  Maybe my first goal could be to eat breakfast everyday.  Doesn’t seem to be a good goal but hopefully I will be able to keep it.  I will begin the week of breakfast eating on Tuesday.

    Actually eating a good breakfast is an excellent goal. My success has always been with a big breakfast (to kickstart your metabolism) an average lunch to keep metabolism burning and a light dinner (because what you consume in the evening stays with you). Do not skip any meal because that is what keeps the metabolism going and the fat burning.
