Pretty good day all around.  Our TAKS coach gave me a compliment and then asked me to teach summer school.  I have a hard saying no and then to add a compliment on top I gave in.  It should be good.  It is an extra $100 a day on top of my salary.  It is only 8:00 to 12:30 and I only have to plan one lesson and teach it twice. The only down fall is I live 40 minutes away from my school and gas is so expensive.  I tried to upload a pic but it keeps saying it is the wrong kind of file.  I don’t know how to fix it.  Does anyone have any suggestions.Okay, I really hate typing all this food I ate today but I am still going to do it in order to help change my eating habits.

No Breakfast

Lunch- one chicken breast-oven fried, mashed potatos and gravy, pasta salad, potato salad, broccili and cheese, wheat roll unsweet tea-again this sounds like so much which it is too much but it still is a little bit of everything on the salad bar at school.  Next year I don’t need to rely on school food even though it is free.

Supper-again I just can’t stop.  4 cheddar pepers.  About 2 cups noodles.  orange chicken, mushroom chicken, egg roll, a little red sauce, a little ranch, unsweet tea, chocalate almond hershey bar.  I think that is it.  I hope anyway. 

This just seems like so much food.  I am truly addicted.  I don’t think I can give up so much at once and eat 1800 calories.  What do you think would be a goal I might could achieve.
