Wow

I can’t believe that so many people actually read my blog.  I just have had a really bad couple of weeks and needed to vent.  Thankyou everyone for the support.  I had a really good night with my husband and got TAKS scores back today and their not as bad as I expected.  There really good!!  yea!! This is my first year teaching 3rd grade and I was just being to critical on myself.  I’m still eating too much.  It is all I can do not to eat every 15 minutes or so.  I am hoping it is the anxiety this year and know that my first year is almost over it will get better.  I have always been big but the complusive eating is a new one for me.  My first goal is just to blog what I eat everyday for a week and then set a new goal each week.  this is not my first bloging experience I have bloged before and I didn’t stick with it but with so many responses this time maybe the support will keep my going.

Breakfast

School oatmeal and one piece of toast

Lunck

School pizza, corn, pasta salad, potato salad, peaches, 2 pickled okra, about 4 kettle chips.  I think that is it.  We have a salad bar and all this fit on one plate.  It sounds like so much.  I can’t believe that I ate so much.

Snack

Turkey cheese lean pocket  I haven’t ate supper yet so I will let you know.

    Like you, I’m trying to blog more often. It’s harder than I thought it would be :) But hopefully you and I will both be able to stick to it! :)

    That is terrific that you are taking the step to look at your daily intake before you take on your new healthy eating habits. That is smart.
    Oh my son is 9 and in 3rd grade. I love this age! How many days do you have left till summer vacation?
    There is a wonderful, terrific, great woman who blogs on here. She is a teacher as well. Her name is SISTAH PAT. You will love her blog.
