The “run” was more like a messy collage of little pieces of running mixed with big chunks of walking. Friday is usually slacker day anyway because I like to make sure that I am ready for a good run with my running group on Saturdays. There is friggin’ NOBODY to chat with up at the track. Sheesh.
Last night I ended up having some extra calories. I was feeling so hungry. Good news is that it didn’t turn into a binge. It was pretty controlled and reasonable. But my weight was 148. So no loss this morning.
Breakfast was the norm as will be lunch. Haven’t even thought about dinner until typing this sentence. In a couple of hours I take mom to the neurologist. It is like I can’t think beyond that point.
