I am back now, but I will be out for a week or so. My dad died early this morning.

So very sorry for the loss of your father. Mine passed 16 yrs. ago at 72 yrs. So wonderful all of the years you’ve had with your Dad and try to find some relief and comfort in knowing he didn’t have to linger long in the state he was in. My heart goes out to you.

My dad passed away when I was 9 and in so many ways, I’m sure that was much easier than what you must be going through right now. It’s both better and harder that you knew him when you were only a child & you were blessed to know him as an adult, and he got to know you & love you as both.
