I need some serious help, advice, whatever I can get….
We went to the fair yesterday (7-30-08) and this what i had….
No Breakfast, Lunch was frickin 36 points (1 small fried veggies (21), 1 large lemonade (4), 1/2 fried pickle (3)…but, on the flip side I did split these with 3 kids) Later on in the afternoon, we stopped at Burger King….I got a whopper jr (8) and a diet coke. My dinner was 4 points…..1 1/2 c cornflakes (2), 1 c ff milk (2), and 2 pkts Splenda.
Today (7-31-08)was not so hot, I don’t know what is going on in my head……I write down everything I eat, you would think if Im gonna write it down I would eat decent food, lol;) Here’s today:
For breakfast (7 points) I had 3 mini doughnuts (5 points) and a low fat granola bar (2). I think lunch was my weakness this week, we went out (maybe thats what I need to learn to do is eat out HEALTHY!!!!!) For lunch (25 points) I had a turkey reuben-no saurkraut (17 points), 1/2 c coleslaw(3) and 1 c broccolli soup (5). My PM snack (4 points) was 2 oat and honey granola bars (4). My dinner (5 points) was once again 1.5 c cornflakes (2), 1 c 2%milk (3). Im beginning to think I should eat cornflakes for breakfast and dinner, maybe this will be what I eat next week…..
I forgot to take pics again, I promise I will get back on the ball…….leave me some encouraging comments:)

Hello!! I’ve been bad and haven’t kept up with the blog…good news is that I still write down everything that I eat (good or bad) in the little pink notebook in my purse:) I’ll go through my days and see what pictures I may have taken (i didn’t keep up with that either)……I was housesitting over the weekend and they didn’t have decent “good for you” food so, I was forced to eat out a few times:( Here’s my list and a few pics I took….

Sunday July 27th - 29.5 points…not to horrible
Breakfast (4.5 points) - 1.5 Fruit Loops (2.5), 1 c milk (2) Snack (14 points) - 1 fruit and yogurt bar (3), 7 cookies (9), 1 c milk (2) Dinner (11 points) - 1 c applesauce (2), Buehler’s homemade tortollini (9), Diet Dr. Pepper (0)
Monday July 28th - 39.5 points…..Ouch!!
Breakfast (6 points) - 1 peanut butter/cheese cracker pack (5), 1 Grape Propel H20 (1) Lunch (13 points) - 1/2 BLT at Cracker Barrel (5), 1 biscuit (3), 1 c tortilla soup (5) Dinner (11.5 points) - 1 6″ Turkey and Provolone sub from Subway, 1 bag Sun Chips, 1 grape Propel H20 (1) PM Snack (9 points) - 1 c butter pecan ice cream (4), 2 Tbsp caramel (4), 1/4 c Reddi-Whip (1)

Ok, so I was off work today (not too unusual for me, being a nanny I have quite a few days like this) and I forgot to eat breakfast, that’s not good. I did however keep track and take pictures today since I only ran a few errands and did housework….oh, and I canned some applesauce made with Fuji’s, 3 TBSP of brown sugar, and H20 (I filled 4 pint jars!!).
Here is my menu for today: Lunch (7.5 points) was a WW pita filled with 1/2 c black beans, 2 TBSP cheese, and salsa -1/2 c pickled green beans (i canned those myself) - 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese topped with a few strawberries - a Propel H20. PM snacktime (3 points) was a WW brownie and 1/4 c reddi whip - glass of water. Dinner (6 points) was 2 c of WW veggie soup - 2 small pieces of pesto pizza -1/2 c of lowfat cottage cheese topped with a few more strawberries - glass of water.
Tomorrow as I head to the grocery store, I need to pick up cottage cheese, black beans, lowfat brownie mix, and I’m sure a few other things……..now, for that dreaded treadmill (I think its hates me, it likes to throw me into the wall from time to time…lol)
7-24-08…Today’s total points are 30 and I went out to eat:)

Ok, so I slacked on the pictures today but I will let ya know what I ate, as I keep a food journal in my purse at all times:) Breakfast (5 points) was 1 c of cornflakes, 2 pkts of Splenda, 1 c fat free milk, and 1 sm banana. AM snack (2 points) was 1 8 oz orange juice. Lunch (7 points) was one Nutrisystem meal from my mom with 1 c of steamed green beans and 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce. PM snack (4.5 points) was 1 c cherries with 1 fat free pudding topped with 1/4 Reddi Whip lite…….I’m staying away from the pudding cups, too many points for a snack and too much sugar. For dinner (11 points), I went out with a friend and I did fairly well ( I think at least). I had 1 piece of pizza (thin crust, light cheese, and roma tomatoes), 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup, 2 breadsticks, and ice tea. Now for that damn treadmill……………ugh!

Hey everyone…..I didnt do so bad today. I decided to start this week becuase the kids I nanny for are off to camp this week, so less temptation at lunch and snack time….lol! I’ve been moving around a little more, getting on my treadmill and walking a little faster…..it all takes time:)
Today I did pretty well…Breakfast (9 points) was a WW english muffin topped with 2 tbsp cheddar, salsa, 1 piece of bacon, and 1/4 c Egg Beaters - a handful of grapes - a sm. banana - 1 8oz oj. AM Snack (1 1/2 points) was a sm bowl of watermelon. Lunch (6 points) was 1 c WW veggie soup (0) and the other half of my steak salad from last nite(6). My PM snack was only 3 POINTS!!!!! It was a WW black bean brownie (2) with 1/4 cup Reddi Whip Lite (1). Dinner (6) was 1 WW pita (1) stuffed with 2 tbsp cheddar, salsa, and 1/2 c black beans, also on the side was 1/2 c lowfat cottage cheese.
I also got on the treadmill for 15 minutes before it decided to malfunction and throw me into the wall…..ow:(

Hey:) Ok so I blew it today with my WW points…I started out good with my oatmeal, strawberries, 2 Tbsp FF creamer and 1 cup of Bolthouse Mocha - (all 7 points)……met my dad for lunch at taco bell and had a fresco border bowl and ice tea - (7 points)….had a venti skim iced chai with a WW recipe Black Bean Brownie, phenomenal - (8 points, the brownie is 2)….and ate dinner a friend and had a handful of popcorn, 1/2 steak salad, 2 jalapeno poppers, and a roll - (18 points)
I did however take a few pics and got on the treadmill for 15 minutes….back to the grind tommorrow:)

I just got home from the grocery store, and WOW….dieting can be expensive!! I sat down last night and made a menu for the week (including POINTS values) and I never expected to spend 100.50. That’s just craziness!!
So, here is my plan for the next two weeks (I’m sure some things will change as my hubby is camping, I will be housesitting, and my kids I nanny for are at camp……I’ll TRY to make healthy choices though)…I think I’m allowed 28 points a day (I have all the books but no exercise points exchange chart or no points exchange chart, I quit the meetings before I got them). I am allowed 33 points a day:)
Breakfast (8 points):
1 WW english muffin, toasted (2 points)
2 oz lowfat cheddar cheese, shredded (2 points)
1/4 Garden Veggie Egg Beaters, cooked (1 point)
1 8 oz orange juice (2 points)
1 slice center cut bacon, cooked - cut in half (1 point)
AM Snack (3 points):
Jello fat free vanilla pudding snack (2 points)
1 small banana (1 point)
Lunch (2.5 points):
1 cup Garden Vegetable Soup, WW recipe (0 points)

Hello everyone that is reading this. I have decided to finally buckle down and finally keep a blog!! I am going to kill two birds with one stone (actually, I dont want to kill any birds let alone any animal) and keep a regular blog/food diary. I am also going to try to post it on my Myspace so I can get help from people. I am going to try to take pictures of things I eat (thanks Keith Kennedy) to see exactly what is going into my body……..Please leave me encouragement:) Have a great week!!
