Good luck on your goal, i'm sure with all the movement and "fun exercise" you'll be able to accomplish it.

I suspect there's a way to connect the Wii to your computer monitor! The TV itself doesn't seem to be necessary -- just the screen.

Are you getting enough fruits & veggies in your diet? I just checked out the past few days and they seem a bit light on that front (2 strawberries!)...

Exercise looks excellent, keep up the good work!

the wii fit looks fun enough to get me to buy both a wii and a tv, but I probably will just live without it... I love living tv-free and don't want to give that up!

I couldn't understand some parts of this article in the Park - a Free Diet Blog from 3FC, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.

Yep, I used to drink cow's milk (moo juice!). I switched by first starting to drink the soy milk poured over ice, with a straw. I just drank the regular soy milk (not the vanilla or reduced-fat, just plain). It was good! Didn't taste like milk, really, but nuttier.

Then I started using it for my cereal. That nutty flavor is really good with cereal.

For my coffee, I warm up some soy milk in my mug in the microwave (just nuke it for 20 secs) and then pour the coffee into the milk. Yum!

The switch wasn't hard because I first got used to the taste by drinking it with ice and not expecting it to taste like milk. Know what I mean? I just treated it like some other kind of beverage, with no milk expectations.

Hello,
I was curious, I see that you use soy milk. I use it for my son but have never tried it. Did you used to drink cows milk? If you did was it hard to make the switch? Keep up the great work.
Thanks
