Oops. Will be out of town for family festivities this weekend. Maybe those new routines are going to take longer than I’d expected to get re-entrenched. Oh well. Baby steps.

Still at 134. Not a surprise, right? But still…..
Oh well. Zumba class starts tonight, and maybe that will kick things off.  It’s been almost a month on the synthroid, and *that* certainly hasn’t kicked things off!

Checking In

I’ve taken a break — obviously — from recording diligently here, but things remain on track. Weight’s hanging around 130. I’m moving my body regularly.
 Let’s count this as summer vacation.

Today is Tuesday

And I got thrown into the windshield of my bus when some idiot tried to cut off the bus and the busdriver had to slam on her brakes.
But I’m okay. Just a little bruised and sore and trying-not-to-tighten-uppish.
