Saturday
Definitely not feeling motivated these days. I’ve somehow lost my spark.
Sigh.
B: English muffin w/scrambled egg and cottage cheese, lofat swiss melted on it, Trader Joe salsa on that. A breakfast sandwich. Yum. Coffee w/soy milk. Orange juice.

Thursday
AM moving: lower body work: 25 squats, 25 toe raises w/weights, 25 toe raises with bent knees. Have to say I did NOT want to do it this morning. Just am feeling tired and a little weepy. But I did it and am glad for it.

Wednesday
AM Moving: Lt weights, upper body (hammer curls, tricep rows). Walked in to work (45 mins).
B (6:30 AM): coffee w/soy milk; English muffin with peanut butter and banana slices.
L (11:45 AM): half of hummus/veggie wrap. Water.
Sn (2 PM): 3 Hershey’s kisses. (3 PM): coffee w/half-and-half

Tuesday: Midpoint Weigh-In
So much for sun and blue sky. V. dark and rainy, calling for floods.
Today’s the midpoint weigh-in. I don’t think I’m nervous about this. I’m lighter, so no matter what the scale says, I’m pleased. I would be disappointed if it’s less than 6 pounds, I guess, though I should be happy with whatever it [...]

I walked in to work (about 45 mins). The sun plus the walking do good things for my mood!

Weigh-in on Tuesday. Was on the indulgent end of the spectrum this weekend, plus TOM comin’ up, so am trying to be realistic but not throw in the towel. Balance. Perspective.

I’m on a weight-loss team here at work (big organization, so there are about 160 teams), and the company-paper sent a photographer to get a picture of us this morning. Next week they’ll have a story about our team’s efforts — they’re tracking 4 teams through April, so another story then.

Breakfast (6:30 AM): berryburst cheerios w/soy milk, coffee w/soy milk
The meeting (8:30 AM): 1/4 marble bagel, cube cheese, two bites of pineapple, coffee with half-and-half
11:45: Shaky as can be. Argh. Too much coffee? Will try protein.
Lunch (12 PM): cup of salmon, 4 hershey’s kisses
