Wii Goal-Setting

Wii Fit encourages users to set goals every two weeks. I rarely make mine — I think it’s because I forget them, kind of.  Today the little balance board guy reminded me that today was my ‘deadline’ for  my last goal — and I hadn’t made it. Waah! So time for a new goal: lose 1.5 pounds in two weeks. The Wii board says I’m around 132 now. Actually, it seems more focused on BMI, which I think was 22.51 today. I should check. No wonder I have trouble getting motivated by Wii deadlines!!!

Anyway. The scale here says 134. So get back down to 130′ish ASAP is the general goal!

Moving:

Bicep curls: 3×10 (8′)

———–

B (6:30 AM): cheerios with blueberries, soy milk; coffee w/soy milk

L (12 PM):  leftover/cold pasta with tomato sauce; water

Sn (2 PM): cafe au lait, skim

S (7 PM): a lotta hummus, pretzel rods, red wine
