Well, I’m in a funk and not doing well in terms of either keeping track of what I’m stuffing in my face or of eating healthfully/moving. Have not done the asthma treatments in two days, even though the health authorities are all calling for alerts on the current ozone levels for people with asthma. Have not paid bills in way too long. Dang. Depression or just hormones?
So am not recording yesterday. It wasn’t horrible, I guess. I had yogurt for breakfast, a cheese stick for a snack, the other half of my sub for lunch, and two slices of pizza for supper (with a small glass of pinot noir). No moving of note, beyond a 20-min walk to the pool and some paddlign around in there.
I am not even going to try to weigh myself today. Can’t even face my little Wii friend….
Moving:
bicep curls 3×12 (5′)

B (7 AM): NOTE here. I have to make myself eat in the mornings now, though I used to loooove my breakfasts. What’s going on?!!? …. coffee w/soy milk; slice of leftover pizza
L (1 PM): sushi (Cali rolls + some other inari, not so good); water
Sn (4:30 PM): 2 fig newtons, water
S (8 PM): diet Dr. pepper, 2 slices cold cheese pizza
