New Steady Point?

The scale says 129 again this morning. Maybe I’ve hit a new steady point, around 130 instead of 135? I would be very happy if that’s the case!

Being able to look back through this blog and see in black-and-white where I’ve been has been soooo helpful. The steps that look so very small when I’ve just taken them look long as I look back and see how much farther along I am now.

Moving:

Walked in to work   45 mins

Meds/Vits/Water:

AZT    2

Gummy vites  2

H2O   20+ oz.

B (6:30 AM): raisin bran with blueberries and soy milk; coffee w/soy milk

Sn (10:30 AM): 2 fiber crackers, water

L (1:30 PM): chicken salad, 7 fig newtons, water
