Hello, New Week!

So. Totally fell off the wagon in terms of recording things here last week. I don’t think I did terribly badly, but I didn’t do well, either. So back on the wagon for me.

Moving:

bicep curls  3×12 (5′)

crunches  25

walked in to work  45 mins.

B (6:30 AM): kashi go lean w/skim milk; coffee w/soy milk

Sn (10 AM): lofat string cheese, bit of coffee w/cream

L (1 PM): 1/2 a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, several (<10) mini-tortilla-chips, diet Pepsi

S (6 PM): 1/2 leftover hot dog on bread, custard cup’s worth of cherry pie

Sn (8 PM): popcorn and diet coke (went to see Sex and the City!)

Sn (10 PM): swig of orange juice
