Everything is wet. I’m sure the rain is good for crops and I appreciate not having to worry about watering the porch plants, but the house is starting to feel soggy. More rain expected this weekend.

So. Totally fell off the wagon in terms of recording things here last week. I don’t think I did terribly badly, but I didn’t do well, either. So back on the wagon for me.

Habits, Old and New
I didn’t even try to track food intake this weekend. I hope that means I’m now at a point where I have an internal moderator who’s basically taking care of this on an ongoing and unconscious way…. My sense (Monday morning quarterbacking) is that I ate very “normally.”

I’m enjoying the Wii Fit, even though I only have about five minutes per day to play right now. Monday’s Wii Fit age was 29; I was so proud of myself! Today’s Wii Fit age? 72!!
