End of the Week

 A little leftover wobblies from yesterday plus TOM, but it’s Friday and even though it is incredibly dark and chilly, I’m glad to have made it through this week without any unexpected health crises for family or friends. Good health is a blessing.

Sick Day

I’m taking a sick day today, staying home. I’m running a fever (based on chills/sweats experience, didn’t actually dig out the thermometer) and suspect I just may need a day at home to take care of myself a bit.

OK, the various shocks of last week are in the past and I think I’ve started processing all of it in a fairly healthy way. We’ll see. Time to just re-normalize now!
