walked in to work:  45 mins

B (6:30 AM): kashi go lean w/skim; coffee w/skim

L (1:30 PM): tabbouleh salad, water

S (6 PM): Big Jim’s - hamburger with lettuce and lotza tomato, thin slice of swiss; some onion rings; glass of red wine

Sn (7 PM): leftover Fuze tangerine-grapefruit low-carb drink
