I do envy all you bloggers who come up with clever titles for your posts. I’m resorting to days of the week again….

Moving:

Pilates hundreds: 2×100

crunches  25

 tricep extensions or whatever they’re called: 3×10 (8′)

modified pushups   10

W: 134 

B (6:30 AM): all-bran flakes w/strawberries & skim milk; coffee w/skimmilk

L (12 PM): fried chicken sandwich (I know, I know, but it was quick and it was warm)

S (7:30 PM): burger & fries (McD’s drive-thru) (I KNOOOOW); homemade chocolate cake

Sn (8:30 PM): tiny bit of red wine (I am not doing well at keeping up with that), pretzels. Calllllllllmmmmmm doooowwwwwwnnnnnn.
