Moving:

crunches  25

bicep curls 3×10 (8′)

hiking along Yough (nothing major)

B:  2 slices wholegrain toast w/butter; coffee w/soy milk

Sn: 2 pretzels

L: yogurt, almonds w/raisins, water

S: chili hot dog, onion rings, ketchup, heath bar blizzard

Sn: herb tea with honey and milk

Sunday.

Moving:

3K at Oval (light)

B: coffee w/soy milk; Denny’s — scrambled eggs, biscuit, homefries, tomato juice, coffee w/half-and-half

L: yogurt, choc-rasp ice cream

S: small piece of lasagna, 2 strawberries, tea w/honey

    Are you getting enough fruits & veggies in your diet? I just checked out the past few days and they seem a bit light on that front (2 strawberries!)…

    Exercise looks excellent, keep up the good work!
