Hump Day

Starting to stabilize, physically and mentally. The sun is actually shining this morning, so I’m sure that goes a long way toward making all things better!

Moving:

 Pilates hundreds: 2×100

crunches:  25

ab bicycles: 15 (I should start doing more of these and do ‘em in sets — just very much NOT my favorite exercise)

modified push-ups:  10

walked in to work: 40 mins (brisk!)

walked home: 40 mins (hill!)

——-

w: 133 (YES!) and 134 (still, fine, whatever — can’t believe how much it pops around!)

B (6:30 AM): all-bran flakes w/soy  milk; coffee w/soy milk

Sn (11 AM): small peach

L (12:30 PM): chicken and lettuce w/balsamic vinaigrette; diet Pepsi

Sn (3 PM): 1 slice wasa bread

S (6:30 PM): whole wheat English muffin w/egg and slice of lofat swiss; orange/mango juice
