Good Grief

Number on the scale this morning:  136

 Good grief. This makes no sense.

I guess the thing to do is to just ignore it and plow on. But dang, it’s discouraging.

Moving:

Pilates hundreds:  100

crunches:  25

 walked home: 45 mins.

B (6:30 AM): lofat yogurt; coffee w/soy milk

L (12 PM): 1 cup mashed potatoes, a little beef (<1 oz), few bites of gravy-bread; white russian

Sn (5 PM): 2 Hershey’s kisses. Water.

S (6:30 PM): scrambled eggs with cottage cheese dollop and salsa, whole grain toast, 1/2 glass red wine
