Blame It on TOM?
I got in to work today and weighed myself, thinking, oh, well, maybe 133. Up a bit from a week ago but I ate a lot of sweets this weekend plus it’s that time of the month and I’m bloated.
135.
Good Lord. Can I blame that all on water weight? I don’t think so! I binged on brownies yesterday. Just binged. And wasn’t all that careful with food consumption in general last week.
So now the trick is to just get back on track. No fussing, no wailing, no guilt trips that lead me back to the cookies and pudding.
Moving:
crunches: 25
ab bicycles: 15
toe raises w/5′ weights: 25
squats w/5′ weights: 25
walked in to work: 45 mins.
walked home from work: 45 mins (took the shortcut, but stopped to take photos and talk to Constance along the way)

B (6:30 AM): kashi go lean with 2% milk; coffee w/soy milk
Sn (10 AM): lofat cheese stick
L (1:30 PM): tomato/basil soup w/feta; 1/2 a turkey/swiss sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce and tomato; 2 Hershey’s kisses
S (6 PM): 7 pretzels with lots of hummus, orange/mango juice, 1/2 glass red wine
Sn (10 PM): seltzer water
