Mom came through her surgery with flying colors! Will go out this weekend to care for her (one week).  
Stopped by Friend B’s last night to drop off a recover-quickly rose bush; she is doing well after hip-replacement, at home now.

L: yogurt, almonds w/raisins, water
S: chili hot dog, onion rings, ketchup, heath bar blizzard
Sn: herb tea with honey and milk

Number on the scale this morning:  136
 Good grief. This makes no sense.
I guess the thing to do is to just ignore it and plow on. But dang, it’s discouraging.

I got in to work today and weighed myself, thinking, oh, well, maybe 133. Up a bit from a week ago but I ate a lot of sweets this weekend plus it’s that time of the month and I’m bloated.
