Rainy Days & Mondays

Lesson learned from my Fiber Week: If I want to hit close to 25g every day, I really need to include high fiber cereal in the day’s eating plan.   

Today is nuts in terms of everything that needs to be squeezed into it, from 7 AM till 9 PM, so I don’t see where I’m going to get cardio time, which is driving me a little crazy. Maybe 6 intense minutes in my office during a break of some sort and then half an hour squeezed in at the track on the way home? We’ll see….. The weather sure isn’t cooperating!

Moving:

sit-ups 1×25

Pilates hundreds  100

bicep curls 3×8 (8′)

rows 3×8 (8′)

B (6:30 AM): kashi w/skim milk; coffee w/skim milk

L (12 PM): 1 cup chickpea salad (yummmm), water, slice of blueberry bread for dessert

Sn (3 PM): coffee w/half-and-half; lofat cheese stick

S (7 PM): b’day celebration for DS’s GF: beer, 2 slices pizza, chocolate cake
