Re-entry

Dang — getting back on top of the worklife is rough. I am trying hard not to feel as though I’m drowning….. 

Weighed in. 139 — woohoo. One more pound to goal, but I’d like to get a couple of pounds under that since TOM arrives at the same time as official weigh-in. But I’m happy to record a lower number after a weeklong vacation!

 Week’s Goals:

Moving:

squats 1 x 25 (bw)

walked in to work (40 mins, brisk)

B (6:30 AM): whole wheat shredded wheat w/ half a banana, soy milk; coffee w/soymilk

Sn (11:30 AM): lofat cheese stick (out of my bento box!); finished up the AM bottle of water

L (2 PM): brown rice with almond slices and lettuce strips; prunes; water

S (6:45 PM): red wine (at this point just one glass, but cramps could bump this up to 2 before the night is done), wasa bread slice, TJ salmon circle thingie

MAJOR CRAMPS.

Sn (8 PM): chocolate; herb tea
