M&Ms On My Desk

Just for the record — it’s Wednesday. I’ve had a clear plastic cup half-full of M&Ms on my desk since Monday and have only eaten 5 of them.

AM Moving:

Jump rope: LOL! Tried to do this before breakfast, i.e. before I’d put on a bra. ROTFL! Not a good idea. So I jumped maybe 20 times, with the girls nearly hitting my chin. Stopped, laughed, and figured this is something to try at the end of the day.

Weights (upper body day):

bicep curls 3×12 (5′)

rows 3×12 (5′)

side raises 3×10 (5′)

B (6:30 AM): berryburst cheerios w/soy milk; coffee w/soy milk

Sn (10 AM): cottage cheese

L (12 PM): Indian w/my DS23. Chicken curry and veggie fritters and yogurt and rice and salad. All very yummy. I didn’t get rice pudding (which I normally would do). Yay me! 5 M&Ms.

S (5 PM): 6 pieces California roll w/soy sauce. <10 M&Ms.
