Palm Sunday

B (9:30 AM): wholegrain English muffin with hint of butter and a little blueberry jam, coffee w/soy milk, 1/2 cup of pomegranate juice

Sort of skipped lunch. Got up late today so everything’s a bit off schedule.

Sn (3 PM): 10 kernels popcorn, two ‘pea’ snacks (salted), 2 small pieces homemade chocolate cake (no frosting); raspberry lofat yogurt

S (6:30 PM): 2 shells w/tomato sauce, small glass red wine
