Thursday
AM moving: lower body work: 25 squats, 25 toe raises w/weights, 25 toe raises with bent knees. Have to say I did NOT want to do it this morning. Just am feeling tired and a little weepy. But I did it and am glad for it.
B (6:30 AM): warm granola; coffee w/soy milk
