AM Moving: Lt weights, upper body (hammer curls, tricep rows). Walked in to work (45 mins).
B (6:30 AM): coffee w/soy milk; English muffin with peanut butter and banana slices.
L (11:45 AM): half of hummus/veggie wrap. Water.
Sn (2 PM): 3 Hershey’s kisses. (3 PM): coffee w/half-and-half
S (7 PM): glass of red wine, spoonful of curry tofu, [...]
