Monday, Monday….
The sun is actually shining here this morning! ‘My Lord, what a morning…..’
AM Moving:
I walked in to work (about 45 mins). The sun plus the walking do good things for my mood!
Light weights, upper body: lateral raises, tricep work.
B (6:30 AM): 1/2 c granola with yogurt and almond slices; coffee w/soy milk
