Did I mention I lost 2 lbs?

I didn’t? Well, I did. I gingerly stepped on the scale this morning at the gym and lo and behold, I have broken through the 208 threshold and am now at 207.5. Or something like that. It’s one of those stupid medical scales which, according to Mr. Eryn, “are the most accurate.” I hate them. I’m always like, “Is the thing in the middle? No, it’s toward the bottom so I’m too far. Move it just a tad… dang, now it’s up near the top. CAN SOMEONE JUST GIVE ME A DIGITAL SCALE?!!!”

Anyway, remember last week I had showed a 1.5lb weight gain since the last time I was on. Well, I got rid of that PLUS some!! WOO HOO!!!!!

    Woohoo! Congrats on the loss this week!

    I hate those scales too & only get on them in the doctors office where they a). don’t let me strip down completely, b). don’t get my jokes about getting a hair cut & cutting my toenails before I get on the scale, and c). don’t obsess over where that stupid balancey thingy is, but get an approximate weight instead.

    I don’t want approximate! I want nurses who will obsess over the position of the balancey thingy as much as I do. Let’s get it right, people, even if it takes all day!

    Woo Hoo! Sounds like those early mornings are paying off! The way I see it, you are up and exercising before eating and your body is burning 100% fat. Or maybe something, just something in the universe might be in some way fair and you burn twice as much for workouts before the sun rises. ;-)
