HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!
Today is my birthday!! I am 32 23 years old today!! 
I am not really worried about eating out of control today becuase not much is going on.
The one problem is lunch because we always go out for birthdays here at work (in my group of friends anyway) but we are going to go get subs and I can definitely get healthy choices in a sub place. One of my co-workers made me a Praline Crunch Cheesecake from Eating Well but it is only 5 points for a serving. The way she made it may be a little less b/c she did not make the pecan praline crunch that is to go on top and we all know how fattening nuts are! Why is something that is actually good for us so high in fat. Very frustrating.
Anyway, hubby is leaving tonight to go diving in the Keys (how nice of him to go on MY birthday), so it’s not like we’ll go out to dinner or anything. I’m actually going to go play volleyball for an hour or so before he leaves so for my birthday I’m getting EXERCISE!! WOO HOO!!

I will be all by myself (other than my kids, of course) on my birthday too. Hubbie has a business trip to DC. Hasn’t even mentioned the fact that my bday is that week.

Happy birthday! Sounds like you’re going to have fun lunching with friends and hammering that volleyball. And hopefully your hubby will make it up to you when he returns. Hope this is your best year yet.
