I am a puny little thing
Man, I sort of dread “arm day” with the trainer. I consider myself to actually be quite strong. I carry around my kids, I used to work at Home Depot and could carry all sorts of stuff, I can sling grout and thinset with the best of them when needed. But I am WEAK when it comes to my arms. I can lift the weights at a high weight, but it’s the ENDURANCE. The girl’s working me with 3lb weights and I’m getting winded!! WHA!?!
I walk out of there shaking. Oh well, it’s all for a good cause, right. One day the flab under my arm will be a thing of the past.

Ok. I am finding this inspiring. I really want hot biceps and deltoids. Bad. I have no desire to look dainty and feminine (which is a good thing seeing as how there is not a dainty bone in my body). I don’t seem ready to commit yet though. Here’s to buff arms by October for you!!
