Trainer kicked my @$$ today!
I thought I was going to pass out when I left the gym today. For one I was hungry. Two I went in with a headache so that didn’t help much. If I had not had a training session planned I would not have gone to the gym (thank god for trainers!) What I really wanted to do was go home and get in bed, but I knew that wasn’t going to happen either so I figured I’d suck it up and go to the gym. We did legs. Ouch… that’s all I’m going to say.
I weighed myself though (I opted to NOT take the guy up on his offer the other day to measure my body fat) I am up 3 lbs, but I am not surprised. But that’s OKAY. It could have been a LOT worse (you have NO idea the types of things I’ve been eating) I am okay with 3lbs… not okay to be complacent, but okay enough to not beat myself up. I’m working on getting them out of my life and off my @$$.

Trying to get caught up on how everyone is doing. Good for you on hopping right back in to week 4!! That is great!
I was checking out your new tickers. Do you have something special going on in October or is it just a general goal? I can’t remember if maybe you were heading up to see your friend and the band you mentioned or something.

Yes…I’ve been away too, so please explain the new ticker…I like the idea of moving every day…what counts?
Geez, when you get back on track, you get back on track…but then you take it a step further & invite a trainer to join you on the track to kick you around for an afternoon. Nice job. Those pounds are history!
