I thought I was going to pass out when I left the gym today. For one I was hungry. Two I went in with a headache so that didn’t help much. If I had not had a training session planned I would not have gone to the gym (thank god for trainers!) What I really wanted to do was go home and get in bed, but I knew that wasn’t going to happen either so I figured I’d suck it up and go to the gym. We did legs. Ouch… that’s all I’m going to say.
I weighed myself though (I opted to NOT take the guy up on his offer the other day to measure my body fat) I am up 3 lbs, but I am not surprised. But that’s OKAY. It could have been a LOT worse (you have NO idea the types of things I’ve been eating) I am okay with 3lbs… not okay to be complacent, but okay enough to not beat myself up. I’m working on getting them out of my life and off my @$$.

**Have you guys tried this stuff yet?!! It is SO good. Not necessarily the healthiest of popcorn, but they come in the mini-bags so at least you are getting 1 serving when you pop a bag instead of however many are in a normal bag of popcorn. I’ve tried the aforementioned flavor as well as the Buttery Garlic and they are both very good. There is a lower fat version of butter, but that’s boring LOL!!

Not bad. I really should use up the other 2 points b/c that is how the plan works, but on the OLD plan you had a range of points so really I am still okay. I also went to the gym and gained some activity points but I never count those.
I do have to say I have been hungry and I thought about food ALL DAY. Calculating how long until my next meal, how many points I had eaten and how many I could eat. I really hate being tied to points and the point of thinking about it all the time. I feel like it just rules my life at that point, but I have to change something. The core program worked for awhile (and was good for the types of food I eat) but I am horrible at judging portion and I think I tend to over eat when I am on that plan. I have to get back to portion control at this point! I’ll bear with it for awhile.

So besides jumping back on the point counting bandwagon today, I have also jumped on the “Reduction of soda intake” bandwagon. I drink entirely too much of it and want to stop. I did really well the beginning of the year. It got to the point that if I drank it, I would never finish the glass and it just didn’t taste the same. Then I started upping my intake again and am back to where I was before with it. Injecting it into my veins!! Anyway, no soda yet today but because of that I have a huge headache!! I have taken some tylenol but I know it won’t go away until I get a dose of caffine. Somebody shoot me now and put my out of my misery!!
