I’ve been … away.

I’m still counting my calories every day… but I’m not exercising and therefore not losing any weight.

 On the other hand, I’m not gaining, either.

*Sigh.*  I looked around at other blogs yesterday and I saw the same thing in a couple others… people who are becoming frustrated and dropping off for a break, hopefully not a permanent one. 

 I need renewed ATTITUDE.

April mileage.

Wednesday:  278.2 lbs., burned 2776 calories, consumed 1145.
Today:  276.2 lbs., Activities:  10 mi. on the exercise bike.

Yesterday’s mileage on the exercise bike brought my total for the month of April to:

(Drum roll)

132.39 miles!  Woohooo!  I’m looking forward to beating that total in May!
