    This week’s plan: 10/11-10/18

    –Saturday 10/11:
    -Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with RF cheese and leftover scrambled hamburger over baby spinach. Finish first cup of water.
    -Exercise: 2 mile walk away the pounds
    -Lunch: La tortilla wrap with mustard, 2 slices thin and trim lunch meat, 2 small slices rf swiss cheese, baby spinach. Finish second cup of water.
    -Snack: String cheese
    -Supper: ? Not sure if we’re eating at Ang and Clint’s or getting takeout. Be extremely mindful of what I’m eating. Drink water.
    –RESULTS:
