Funny I almost forgot to do this one. Imagine that. This is where I am having the most trouble just getting started. Here’s hoping the pact with KB will make a difference.
I just did 40 crunches on the fitness ball. Haven’t touched that thing in I don’t know how long. Took a bit to remember how to balance and I think it needs a bit of air, but after 30 straight and 10 oblique I can feel it but it’s not killing me.
I’ve spent the last 4 hours cleaning. I’m sure that counts as exercise. I did laundry (up and down the stairs), dishes, pulled everything out of 6 cabinets, cleaned the shelves, reorganized, scrubbed backsplashes and counters and walls and cabinet fronts. My feet hurt and I’m hungry. Time for a late lunch.
My calves hurt after yesterday. I wanted to use this as an excuse not to exercise today. But I didn’t. I thought I might do some kind of upper body workout since my legs hurt. But, in the end I broke out the Steralite container of exercise videos and crossed by fingers that the VCR was hooked up and popped in the Walk Away the Pounds Express tape.
It’s only a 15 minute “1 mile” walk and it started out seeming pretty easy but I ended up a little sweaty and I could definitely feel it in my legs, especially the thighs, and in my arms since it also uses a “stretchy band” to do some upper body work.
It was only 15 minutes but it took me all day to get to a point where I did it. But I did it and I feel good and I’m proud of me
around 8:30pm did 1 mile WAP. Realllly didn’t want to exercise, was wicked full from supper, but pushed myself to do it, it’s only 15 mins. Felt ok after and bs was much lower.
worked at the front desk all day…C/T junction has been hurting, DrJ did CMT, no relief, had DrK look at it, a bit better with lots of activator work. Only took a 15 min lunch b/c things were so hectic.
Did WAP 1 mile but skipped the stretchy band. Was surprised at how much muscle I can feel in my legs but also how sore my legs were.
Sept 18th:
Walked around parking lot w/ KB for 10 mins. Got “caught” my a coworker so stopped short of 15. Was supposed to finish up at home, but blamed not doing it on computer problems.
Sept 19th: tired and POd about computer - 5 hrs sleep. No exercise.
Sept 20th: tired (not sure why) took a nap instead of exercising b/t work and going up north.
