I think this is a great idea and with the support of your family going to the gym all together its just a matter of time before you reach all your goals! Very good luck indeed!
I know that it is hard to get started but with everyday that you stick to something it gets a little easier. With all the stress that we have encountered over the past year we too have gained many extra pounds and will be starting a new program. Bill has stopped drinking DR P all together. I very rarely touch the stuff. But will start walking in the evenings with the cooler weather.
