I put on a little weight , been eating junk food lately to cope with some depression. There shouldn’t be any excuses. My goal is to hit the solid 170’s within this month. I am not going to weigh myself now. I think I skipped a period, but I cannot be pregnant. No way. I need to up the work outs and get back on my eating only healthfully plan. Fruit and veges, and fish… It’s been difficult lately. I am quitting smoking on November 20th and I don’t want to gain weight back, but lose even more by using exercise as a tool. This is so important to me. I will get back to blogging on my weight soon. My focus now is just eating healthfully, no more junk food, and sipping tea, and being more productive in my life. Let’s see how it goes.
