drink a lot of water
clean out my fridge and cupboards.
do yoga
do my nails
read some of my shape magazine.
pray.

goal set for day of March 2 08

Get up early to write::::: after 2 cups coffee do:::::

10 poses of yoga and stretches (check)
1. breakfast…oatmeal with milk and honey. 2 cups of coffee (check)
2. cup of decaf green tea (check)
3. drink at least 4 full glasses of water (check)
4. lunch ::: apple and peanut butter
5. dinner :::: fish and vegetables… fresh salmon and brocolli and squash
or
6. last small portion of spaghetti. small portion. with no bread…. (ate it early)
7. 3 cups coffee in the evening. (check)
8. cups of decaf green tea with honey
9. yoga in the evening…. 10 stretches poses with stretches.

New Goal Exercise Set by March 10th, O8

today, February 29, 08:::: I completed my goals that were set on February 27th.
1. painted my nails.
2. completed 10 poses, stretches of yoga
3. reported in.

Goals::::
After completing 10 x’s of yoga than I will move on to incorporating sit ups, and toning exercises.
I have already completed 2 x’s of yoga hopefully 10 x’s to be completed by March 10th, 08. I will give myself 2 days of lee way.

To Be or Not to Be: That is the Question

To Be or Not to Be: That is the Question - Shakespeare
I choose ‘to be’ I choose ‘to see’ - to see myself for who I have really become and so this calls for some serious goal setting and
not setting myself up for failure and for some self discipline. “Slow but sure, my motto, my cure” - henceforth, my goal: NOW today that I shall make - actually I shall make a couple goals, one of them, (regarding reaching a goal weight at a certain time) is not subjective to punishment of myself if I don’t get it exactly right. That one, particular goal, each time I set it, will have a sort of lee way. So now to begin:::: Goal for tomorrow:::::

1.February 28 08; paint my nails, do yoga, report in.
2. Goal:::: Weigh it Out::: by march 8 to weigh 203.0
3. Long Term Goal:::: lose 15 lbs. by May 11 08

by may 11 08

walked about 20 minutes in the snow lined streets.
ate::::

in random order:::::
two tiny toasted bagels with peanut butter
sliced apple with milk
baked beans with one hot dog and one slice of bread with light mayo
green tea with milk, and honey
coffee
some water.
