I blew it today and ate chips and dip… and a sandwich yesterday. Worked out on Friday 40 minutes, on the elliptical. My goal is to reach the 170’s solid within October. My quit smoking date is November 20th, 2008. I am concerned about gaining weight after quiting smoking ~ If you have done both, please drop me a comment. I’d love to hear about it. My goal is to use exercise as a tool and stretching and tea ~ too. I still weigh in at about 185.
