lunch — cottage cheese with crushed pineapple
exercise –
40 minutes on elliptical
20 minutes on elliptical
4 sets of 25 sit ups
I need to up my level on the elliptical. Don’t feel I am getting the work out I was getting before. I feel so determined to lose weight. I am having an appointment with a trainer tomorrow and feel nervous about it because I am still out of shape. After being cooped up for three winters I just am. I need to keep at it.
