I blew it a little bit ::: I took some medication that made me hungry
I ate 1/2 piece of bread with tuna and 3 bowls of rice krispies with low fat milk.

so far I have stuck to my cigarette intake. blew it a little on my cigarette intake but I am working on it.

It’s raining today::: did not walk (excuses, excuses)
but::: I have made a decision to cut back on my smoking to 10 cigarettes per day::: beginning with only 15 tomorrow::: which I usually smoke at least a pack and 1/2 per day because I am home all day without a car. Than after I succeed at smoking only 15 per day for a few days, I will cut down to 10 per day:::: I AM NOT TRYING TO QUIT COMPLETELY THIS SECOND…. just trying to succeed and ‘cutting back’ :::
1. for my teeth
2. for my health and that I will be able to exercise better when/if I get a car to go to the gym/ or even to do my walking and to feel more motivated to exercise around the house.
I hope I succeed at doing this::: I do feel motivated. It’ s important to me. I will try to smoke outside when possible, but occasionally to smoke indoors is OK. I am not going to ‘pressure’ myself too much.

has anyone had success with these? for sexual enhancement? even though I am not sexually active right now… I am just curious.
I weigh 194.0 … Ok. My goal is to get into the 180’s in June. That’s all I have to say.

I don’t have a car so cannot get to the gym.
I have felt discouraged and anxious lately which is why I did not do my sit ups and yoga.
still weigh 196.2 need to do some walking today — been a little depressed. Don’t know if I will make my goal by May 11th. I will eat light today….
