I went fishing … great exercise actually.
breakfast - oatmeal with milk and sweetener
blew it with eating a bunch of stuff….
I weigh 201.2 darn it… i had lost weight and gained it again. today I am drinking lots of water. and cleaning my kitchen.
lunch - apple dinner - slim fast yogurt bar dinner - fish and veges. I blew it this day… ate everything in sight…..
