Well I have been a little depressed because I’ve not heard from a boyfriend. I feel like I’ve gained 10 more pounds. I will weigh on Wednesday. Today, I am giving away or throwing out all the food I don’t want. I have so many bagels… I don’t want to waste food though, I guess I can eat in moderation. Moderation should be key, right. Happy Easter everyone. remember to love each other. I am going to clean out my fridge.

My teeth are getting all done and I want be cute by the time they are finished. I will look much better when they are finished.

well I went to the dentist today for a quadrant cleaning, so I did not eat much of anything.
I ate some saltine crackers in the middle of the night because I did not feel well and some diet 7-up.
I ate a little bit of some cup - o - noodles.
and that’s it.

lots of coffee… (helps pain)
checking in.
no exercise today. It’s freezing outside.

well I did okay today… except I purged pancakes (3 of them)
breakfast - whole oats with sweetener
snack - yogurt slim fast bar
lunch - chicken cup o soup with pepper

no exercise :(
it’s going to warm up next week so I can go on more walks.

breakfast - whole oats meal with sweetener
it’s sunny today so I MIGHT go on a walk… but it’s freezing. So I am not sure.
do yoga.
exercise ::: I went on a 1/2 hour walk!!!!
feels great!
it’s still freezing.
lunch - yogurt. cup of decaf green tea with honey

well today was weigh in and i have not gained, but have not lost… still at 205.0
goals today::::
water water water
breakfast - whole oats with sweetener/green jasmine tea with honey.
lunch - yogurt
dinner - apple with peanut butter/cream corn for something hot
no breads

do yoga….
exercise - walked 1/2 hour
am drinking lots of water….

dinner - beef patty with veges, cream corn

do yoga poses….

lunch - two eggs/2 slices of toast with spray butter
water, coffee,
snack _ one slice bread w/peanut butter
water
dinner -didn’t have dinner… had a peanut butter sandwich.
