Mini-Goal Update! August 7, 2008

I went to a mid-week WI yesterday - lost 4 more pounds!!! I have now exceeded my mini-goal of 10 pounds! Next stop, 20 pounds (8 to go). And, I am in fat burning mode, so that is excellent. I am starting to get kind of worn out on the diet, which means I need diversity. I have to start using the MRC cookbook and spicing it up!

In other news, which might drive me to drink (JK), Brett Favre is now a NY Jet. *Gag* - I could just die. But I will move forward as a Packers fan and a Favre fan. And I will not drink - because losing weight is more important than any damn football ;)

    I’m on the Metabolic Research Center Plan - the metaslim. It’s been pretty amazing and I have a handful of friends who have had great success with it.
