I attended food instruction class yesterday - starting Metaslim!! WI this morning - lost 6.5 pounds this week. I’m down a total of 8.5 pounds. I’m back on track!

I’m on the beige menu. The only adjustment is the bread-free lunch. I also bought the supplements. So far, Kiwi-Melon is great, but the powders are yuck-o. I’m just happy to be moving forward and into the metaslim plan. Yay!!!

Here’s to another 6.5 next Saturday! :)
